We want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Babyshop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'as new' condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
