Tumdies are abdominal bands to be worn immediately after birth, for the management and prevention of abdominal separation. Durable and reusable, the bands are designed to help with the management of DRAM (abdominal separation).

The abdominal bands are a lightweight and reusable way to help reduce your DRAM, with targeted compression with no restriction, and to help reduce caesarean scar pain and discomfort.

It is recommended that the bands be worn throughout the day, removed at night and for three weeks consecutively.
