This soothing insert is designed to help aid postpartum recovery quickly and easily, by providing soothing heat and/or cooling reliefĀ to sensitive areas.
Designed to pair with the Bare Mum Postpartum Briefs (available separately) the insert fits in the front opening for relief over a c-section site and/or in the widened gusset for vulvarĀ and perineal comfort.
The insert can also be reused indefinitely to assist with pelvic pain, swelling, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, prolapse, and PMS.
